2. AUNTY WENDY’S MOB digital products come with the Music Standard License after your purchase. The Music Standard License grants you, the single user, the purchaser, an ongoing non-exclusive license to make use of the musical work (Item) you have selected on the following terms:

3. ALLOWED: You, as the single purchaser under this license are allowed to use the Item in Specific direct playback uses Eg a classroom or background music for one event; a venue or location or a private on-hold music system.

4. NOT ALLOWED:

a) You cannot re-distribute the Item as a musical Item to a friend or colleague or as stock; in a tool or template or with source files. You cannot do this with the Item either on its own or bundled with other items (such as an audio compilation) and even if you modify the Item. You cannot re-distribute the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed even if the re-distribution is for free.

b) The source file distribution and reproduction through Broadcast is not allowed. 

c) You cannot modify or manipulate the Item or combine the Item with other works to suit your own needs. 

d) You cannot claim ownership of the Item related lyrics, melodies and designs within the included digital products such as the eBooklet whether it is in original form or altered under your own creation/work.
